This Torquay project involved the renovation of a dated, impractical beach shack. The original cedar kitchen, while beautiful, was falling apart and became a maintenance burden for the client. Our goal was to create a modern kitchen that seamlessly blended with the home’s mid-century character. We also designed custom beds with integrated storage for the second bedroom, collaborating with a local carpenter for their manufacture. The project was carefully managed to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, elevating both style and functionality while respecting the home’s heritage
